Lilly

Our cosmopolitan Lilly has already traveled to many parts of the world, forged international friendships, and discovered numerous cultures. After successfully completing her studies in social economics in Nuremberg, she finally decided to follow her roots. She moved to Kleinsendelbach to her grandparents’ farmhouse. Throughout her life, Lilly has demonstrated a commitment to education, whether as a scout leader, tutor, or guitar teacher. She has a great passion for sharing knowledge about food production and is enthusiastic about implementing various agroforestry systems. In addition to her musical talent, Lilly enriches us with her exceptional organizational skills. Despite all the diverse challenges, she is the one who always maintains a clear overview – not least because of her height.

Leo

Leo finally also became a full-time part of the project in 2024 after being closely involved with it since the beginning. She is Lillys sister, which means she also grew up here alongside Lilly. Before moving back to the farm, Leo was living in Berlin for many years and spent a lot of her time traveling and exploring. She has a background in film, journalism, and culture/media management. You can often find her with a camera in her hands, as she is the one taking lots of pictures and filming all the time. She is also handling the project’s social media channels and a lot of the project’s administration. Apart from all topics syntropy and farmlife, she is very passionate about arts & culture, storytelling, queer feminism, long distance hiking and the outdoors.

Moritz

Moritz, Lilly’s partner and veggie growing enthusiast and elementary school teacher is also living on the farm and contributing with his energetic motivation for sustainable life practices.

Georg

For Lilly and Leo’s father, Georg, the farm embodies a part of his family history. He knows the farm and the surrounding land like the back of his hand. He is particularly adept at solving complex problems in innovative ways using simple means. Georg is our technical expert and the only one who knows the tractors and small machines on our farm, passed down through generations and still usable thanks to his expertise—likely relics of earlier inheritance divisions. In his free time, Georg volunteers for local and regional associations and is a passionate bowler.
