On our farm, we don’t cultivate quick yields, but rather long-term ecosystems. In our syntropic agroforestry and market garden, we nurture plants from seedling to ripe fruit – and process their bounty with meticulous care, transforming it into long-lasting, exceptional foods.
Even though our products are processed, every jar, every bottle, and every tea bag embodies the full diversity of our landscape.

Fruit spreads – variety in a jar
Our hand-stirred fruit spreads capture the flavors of our perennial crops and wild fruit hedges. Depending on the season, we create exquisite, sometimes rare varieties such as:

Here, craftsmanship meets creativity. Our savory products are made from what our agroforestry and market garden seasonally provide – carefully preserved, fermented, or refined:

Herbal Teas – Tranquility from a diversity of plants
Our teas are made from carefully dried leaves, blossoms, and herbs from agroforestry strips and gardens. Each tea tastes a little like summer, like hedgerows, like meadows – and like what healthy soils produce.
Syrup – Nordic lemon
Our Nordic lemon (Japanese quince) syrup brings a zesty freshness to water, punch, or desserts. A little bottled vacation in your own kitchen.
Merch – clothing with a sense
Our products don’t end in the jar. We also carry our message outwards on fabric – and even as jewelry – naturally in organic & fair trade.
